15 days in, just booted up. Rekt's doors are locked during business hours and are able to be destroyed, so I did. One thing I noticed is the usual trader music isn't playing, just silence. Broke through Rekt's gate and through the door to hand in my trader supplies and start a new mission, only buried treasure are available for all tiers.

As for removing all the traders I think you would have to turn on loot respawn. Maybe set it to a very high day count just to make sure you aren't just looting the same buildings over and over.
