The doctor told me it's no indication of when I'll go into labor, and my cervix has changed a little each week since 33 weeks.With DS I lost it at 35 weeks, I was 3cm. You would def notice it, its almost like snot. I love mine at 37 weeks and I went into labor on the day of my induction at 41 weeks. I was also barely 1 cm dilated when going into labor.
