I have spoken to various people about the angle, and they all say that the LS motors are VERY forgiving to being tilted downwards at the rear. If truck intake with mechanical fan, the mechanical fan will dictate the engine height. If car intake, the hood will dictate engine height. Measure 15 times, cut and weld once.
