The ones required for that quest need to be completed twice. World drops require 5 resonance completions. Look at your Triumphs under Patterns and Catalysts. It will tell you how many red weapons you need to unlock for each weapon. You do need several patterns for the pattern to be unlocked for certain weapons.

I played enough Wellspring back in the 1st season of Witchqueen to unlock all the legendary patterns. I have also done weekly Master Wellsprings until reaching Pinnacle cap in each season. And I still only have the one Exotic Glaive that I unlocked through the quest. Whatever the drop rate for the remaining two patterns is, it's way too damned low.
Exotic Glaives pattern drop question. So I've done something like 25-30 runs of Master Wellspring, on my Hunter, and still haven't had their Glaive pattern drop. Is this down too bad luck or some sort of bug where the other patterns are only dropping on the character that unlocked the 1st Exotic Glaive?

Bungie locked an exotic weapon with very low drop rate behind an activity to boost its usage. Those things are not worth 100 runs, Bungie should up the drop rate because its not comparable to a raid exotic in the slightest.

The drop rates are super low, and aren't character dependant - you can get all 3 on one class. The drop chance is far too low for what the glaives actually provide as well. You get the whole pattern right off the rip and can immediately craft it once it drops. You can keep running the activity on your warlock if you prefer, or farm for them on one of the alts instead.
