On a pure Dex build you'll have 544 AR with 57 Bleed. On a pure Arc build you'll have 584 AR with 83 Bleed. 40/40 would result in more damage than pure Dex but less damage and less bleed than pure Arcane (554 AR & 72 Bleed).
