Well, after a robust conversation with Edible Arrangements Customer Service, was told that the Boynton Store was given my order to fulfill. No system updates, no delivery on 11/20 within 1 hour (I paid additionally for that). Guess who owns the Boynton store? The same person who owns the Boca Raton store.
