Be forwarned , you'll never be able to get the Lectron perfect bottom to top at the same time , it was originally designed for two strokes.

To tune the rod, remove the slide and hold the slide to where the rod is pointing towards you. Turning it to the right will richen it. Turning it to the left will lean it. What you are doing is either threading it in and shortening the length of it (.006" per ¼ turn), or threading it out and adding length to it.

*Note* DRZ400E models with OEM equipped Kehin FCR carbs will need airboot and spigot boots from a CV carb equipped DRZ. The airboot/airbox to work with lectron is P/N(13881-29FB0) and the spigot to cylinder head boot is P/N (13111-29F11). Jul 8, 2019 · The pumper on the 4S Lectron (and the FCR) has nothing to do with the needle jet emulsion tube or needle. The Lectron carb (and SmartCarb) use a single needle that covers the standard pilot, needle and main jet circuits.
