Server resets are done every 4 hours, wipes every update (or so) I asked the same thing yesterday, in game, apparently the scuttlebutt is every 45 to 50 days one server is taken down for optimisation which basically removes all persistent items. Not sure if this is true but it would make sense to do so.

In the last 18 months there has been exactly ONE wipe across all platforms. That wipe was due to excessive duping on console. This is asked all the time and the answer is the same - do not plan on a wipe unless there are some new extraordinary circumstances.
