With the 2.1 Update to Conan Exiles, the crafting speed benefits for Armorers have been baked into the various Armor crafting benches.; Benefits may vary in an Armorer's Bench.; Increased stats of the table pertains per piece of armor, i.e. a T4 Armorer gives +2% to an attribute, the whole set of armor crafted with a T4 Armorer will give +10%.

Sadly, there's just no benefit to equipping agility weapons on thralls EXCEPT for bows. Archery seems to be fine, just set the thralls to "Prioritize Ranged". It only takes silk and rhino hide to make at it's core so I'd say that's easily replaceable if lost. The medium armor rating is really good too. I usually consume an agility potion and salted exquisite meat for a 30% agility boost. 10 points in strength for finisher, and 20 point agility extra damage after dodge all combine for some big numbers.
