With 700X powder I think you will need a CB0178-12 wad or a WAA12L wad for 7/8 oz loads in Rem Nitro or STS hulls. 700X doesn't take up as much space as some powders like Clays, Red Dot or Clay dot. With the load data you posted I would load at least 17.0 gr of 700X in both the 7/8 oz and 1 oz loads.
