Just solved this issue on a 2007 Pilot - D3 and D light on and blinking - engine light on - (would not shift into 4th) - mechanic changed out the transmission range sensor located near the fill tube. Issue solved. Code had come back as P0700 and P 0705.To reset the maintenance lamp, push the trip odometer reset button and turn the car to the on position. Don't start the car.
