If you want a good sword in and outside Dungeons, Livid Dagger is your choice, is a really nice sword to have even as a mage, with a good setup your Mage Beam can deal more damage than your Midas Staff, the bad thing is this sword only shining on single target and Multi target is a big factor in dungeons, ...

it's a bad reforge if you think about it. Cd and str are equal after the str nerf. Suspicious reforge gives 7% cc and 85cd and Withered gives 135 str + your cata level. 7% cc on livid dagger is useless and str and cd being equally important it's better to get whatever gives the most stats, that is withered

If you can get Valkyrie for dungeons, get it, its pretty much the best weapon for dungeons with the ferocity, item ability, and general stats.
