Complicating thing. Every blue puzzle gives red card. Every blue puzzle requires both blue and green except water and train. Rigs have all card "puzzles" but only require red for crate. I you kill scientist in military tunnel you are very likely to get green cards. Thanks for chart, good info.
I'm sure there is some method to the madness but never seen anything official posted. Should note I'm referring to military crates NOT in puzzles.
