Pathfinder: Kingmaker. Persistent Fatigue. My main character, an Archer, is afflicted with Fatigue even after camping. Spells and health are restored, but she still has permanent fatigue. My priest has the Lesser Restoration spell which is supposed to cure Fatigue, but it doesn't seem to work. Potions don't help either.
