Feb 12, 2012 · Do you have a manual on the thermostat? If you have forgotten your lock code, you will have to perform an hardware reset. Remove front cover on thermostat .On right hand side,you will see a hardware reset button. Here is a link to the manual. The hardware reset is shown on page 12.
