Forex.com actually offers a wider range of instruments than OANDA. Both provide trading facilities for Forex, CFD, and cryptocurrency (CFD), but Forex.com brings more symbols to the table. Forex.com has over 5,500 tradeable symbols, while OANDA only has 124 symbols (71 of which are forex pairs).I like OANDA, though I’m only still “practice” trading. For a while I used Forex.com - but I prefer using Tradingview (I hate MT4 sorry not sorry), and Forex.com wouldn’t supply volume information to TV. Oanda does. Also, Forex.com seems to have more restrictive limits than OANDA does.

Even at IB I've seen pretty patchy responses to some of their more imminently imposed regulations. I'm fairly certain that they're still misrepresenting their advertised margins online ATM. These are really lean operations.Oanda is regulated, even in the US. They are also one of the biggest brokers (top 5) dealing several billions of USD in daily transactions. If they were found to be participating in anything questionable, they'd be utterly destroyed by the US regulatory bodies. TD Ameritrade has much better software (TD Ameritrade) but they are not built for Forex so the funding and trading is set up for Stocks/Options first, Futures second and waaaay down the road, Forex.
