I'm enjoying Fin's mod and am continually tweaking the settings to my liking. You may want to try messing the the three settings at the top of his config file. The default value for each is 1, but my understanding is the lower you set them the better the AI becomes in their reactions, time to shoot, and accuracy. There's a setting in Fin's that is easy to overlook. And also not the easiest to understand. You can set the rate at which AI spawns will be Scavs, Raiders and/or PMCs. Having the server console on my second monitor i notice that exactly when the AI starts spawning in the frame rate drops significantly and this is exacerbated by having Fins AI tweaks installed (Which spawns way more AI than normal). My usage goes from 90% GPU and 30% CPU to 30% GPU and 20% CPU, and my frame rate goes from 144 fps to 40 fps.

Fin’s has gotten super janky as of late and causes a lot of issues. It also conflicts with a lot of other mods that it shouldn’t, and it seems like Fin is kinda done with putting effort into it. I recommend you spend some time getting comfortable with a different program like Lua’s Spawn Rework.

you could also increase PMC health so their batttles techinically last longer so you can 3rd party at the very least. I did this usings FINS AI Tweaks. if you use that other mod that keeps bots asleep till you get close, that will also help alleviate your issue. i use this combo and find plenty of alive pmcbots
