The sharp corner of the FICM bracket cuts into the wires and causes a short. You should fill out your Signature with the year and any mods on the truck. It seemed to get better as I kept driving (would go over 1800 rpm) but it still seemed rather sluggish. I could definitely hear an air leak somewhere where it sounded like it was sucking air.
