The height is the major difference. I own the SF and SFX (a longer slide version of the SFT) and can say the shorter frame makes a huge difference (imo) if you're looking to carry. The SFT is right between the SF and SFX, size wise. Out of the options presented, I would recommend the METE SFX for a "range" gun.Oh, and the controls aren't extended.
