If you wanna make so that you can fast travel to shrines you can enter the master editor. In your cemu folder they are saved in a folder called "mlc01". Save files are identified by the game's Title ID which can be found in the cemu window, at top while playing the game. You have to export your save, power down the console, pull the card, mount it, upload the file, edit it, dump it back on the card, throw card into console, boot your payload, reimport the save, then wait for BotW to load all over again.
